Craigentinny Community Garden

A community space to meet new people, learn about food growing, and access free nutritious food – what’s not to love! Craigentinny Community Garden is located next to Craigentinny Primary School, and was set up by a group of locals (including parents at the school) who had an interest in gardening. The group grow communally and produce is shared among the community, while a large part of the site is set aside for free play, with a variety of play structures and tree swings housed in a safe environment for local kids.

There are regular sessions on Sundays, and the group hold events throughout the year, including silent discos, jam making, and breathing workshops – something for everyone!

Keep an eye on their Facebook page for opportunities to get involved.
